I wanted to give a huge shout-out to Jessica Rick, the General Manager at the Bloomington Krispy Kreme. Working in real estate, my daily dozens were frequent - from brokerage drop-ins to title company teams at a morning closing. Honestly, this ended due to the inconsistency in quality and service. My visit today was a total game-changer. Despite the big morning rush to school, issues ordering on the app, and the complaints of impatient kids, Jessica's phenomenal service...

The last two times I have been in (after an hour drive) the original donuts have been hot off the conveyor belt, no red sign has been on. The service has been horrible, very slow and non existent. When they do see you, they are not the nicest people.

Very friendly staff. They were pretty busy bringing out fresh doughnuts and working hard. Gal at the register was a delight. My only feedback is that it could use a deep clean in lobby and restrooms. It was fun seeing the doughnuts being made.
