Honestly I heard a lot of good reviews, so this was a major let down for me. Our first issue is that the price on the menus did not match what appeared on the register, and the cashier wasn’t inclined to clue us in. The food was mediocre at best, I ordered the Al Pastot quesadilla and it was.. well, bland and greasy, not inedible tho. I believe this was from the cheese to meat ration lacking, with there simply not being enough cheese for this to be a quesadilla, and the texture was off- chewy in an unpleasant way. The Al Pastor meat itself was the most lackluster Al pastor I’ve had from any local Latin establishment, it lacked flavored and was just .. greasy. Which greasy food can be yummy ! I’d like to taste more then the grease, i believe this could have been helped greatly by the addition of pineapple (as most Al Pastor has) or perhaps even crema.. just something to help cut through the cheese and grease and allow flavors to pop! All together the experience was mediocre at best, .. I think it has good potential! Just needs a little more care to the palate.

This was one of the most delicious burritos I’ve had.

They have never disappointed me! The best nachos ever. The service is always great. I have been to all the Mexican restaurants and I always come back to here. They are just simply the best. I have been going to them for over 5 years when they had the food truck. And you always get more than what you pay for and great smiles. Deserts are great also especially my favorite strawberry 3 milks cake.

I like this place a lot but they close too early. You can get there an hour before their scheduled closing time and they’ll be closed.

On my way to st Luis I stoped and had lunch at La patrona in Bloomington, the food had such a a great taste and the service was amazing. 110% recommend to to try it.

This is some of the best horchata I have ever had. Hit the spot on such a hot day! They were super nice. They make it homemade to!!

This place is way too good to be in the mall! This restaurant brings the life back into the food court at Eastland Mall. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. I went to sleep shortly after my steak taco lol! It was the best nap I had all week.
