We’ve loved Oberweis/TBJ ever since they opened. The food is great and the ice cream is the best! The employees are all great to work with too.
We experienced wonderful service and delicious ice cream and milk at the Bloomington Il Oberweis Dairy Store on Tuesday morning, September 13, 2022. Thank you to the kind gentleman who let us sample the chocolate milk and white milk and even put our purchase of chocolate milk on ice to transport 50 miles. we can't wait to return!!!
I ordered a single scoop cone in. The drive thru and after waiting 15 minutes they handed me an upside down cone in a dish. How was I supposed to eat that in the car? Then they acted like it was a huge deal to refund my money and I ended up having to go inside to get it returned. They had so many opportunities to make it better but they didn’t, I will not be returning. How easy it would have been to say sorry we can’t do cones today.
