Went today 1/1/26, absolutely awful! They had 5 pizzas out 3 with Jalapeños, we can't eat Jalapeños, the whole time we were there they never brought out any other pizzas. You very seldom saw the help, only if someone came in. We ate there a month ago and had same experience. DONE! Not going to waste our money again on that place !

Brought my boys to try this pizza buffet experience ages 5, 7, and 9. I think it was a success! Plenty of pizza options. They really liked the bread sticks and dessert options! Also each one found a pizza with their topping. As well as salad and veggie options too.
We were very impressed with the hospitality. From the moment we walked to the register for the buffet they went above and beyond to make sure me my wife and daughter were comfortable and enjoyed our meal. I have never in 30 years met associates so eager to provide service to customers. That days a lot. I can't speak for other Pizza Ranchs but this one is excellent.

My husband, brother-in-law, and I tried this place for the first time this past Saturday, August 9th, 2025.
It was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! The only thing good about it was the dessert pizza! My husband ate half a piece of chicken before realizing it was raw and bloody in the middle; 80% of the time that we were there, the pizza is on the buffet were cold and look like they were many hours old, so we ordered two pizzas and they were undercooked. The salad bar was warm and the spinach was very wilted, I tried some of the chips and they were rubbery almost like they had gotten wet or been sitting out in humidity all day. Almost $20. A person is definitely not worth the money!!!!🧐💯😡

Lack of air conditioning and poor management are a big problem at Pizza Ranch on Wednesday July 23, 2025. the main dinning room lacks functional air conditioning, but the 2 party rooms just off the main dining room have cool air conditioning. The manager on duty however told me that I could never use those empty rooms because they were reserved for "special people". I told him that in the future I would boycott the Pizza Ranch and that I would also ask all of my friends to boycott Pizza Ranch because their management should have, under the circumstances of the main dinning room not having working air conditioning, allowed all paying customers into the well air conditioned rooms that are normally only for "special people", but they had no "special people" all day this day. I encourage everyone to join in a 30 day boycott of Pizza Ranch so they can get proper management to replace the incompetent management that was working Wednesday July 23, 2025 in the late shift, and they get their air conditioning fixed. It is sad to see Pizza Ranch failing and possibly heading for bankruptcy.

Took awhile for anyone to notice we were standing there waiting to be waited on. Then everything else was okay except for the young woman with her 2 children. One a toddler and the other maybe 4. She stood up front on her phone, it was on speaker blasting away. Her kids were on the table, walking around. She kept bringing them food but didn't stay at the table with them. I was hoping that the waiter would ask her to keep her eye on them but he didn't. It was not a peaceful meal. And if we would have said anything I am sure it would have been just horrible that we wanted to enjoy our meal not her phone conversation and her kids stomping on the table.
