Came in for black coffee. Was not happy with the taste. I had left and came back 20min later with an almost full cup. She replace it with an Americano at no charge. Very friendly. Obviously this store goes out of their way to please the customer. Great Americano. Thank you for your great service.

I started coming to this Starbucks when I lived 5 minutes from it. Now, I live 15 minutes from it and still choose to make that drive rather than go to the ones closer to me. The workers here are so friendly; they offer you water when you’re studying, they clean the tables regularly, and they correct their mistakes in a kind manor. My drinks that I always get are made perfectly and always within a short amount of time. The manager is also great! He interacts with the customers and realizes the people that come in regularly! Overall, this Starbucks is the best one that I have come across!

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks recently and felt compelled to share. Despite encountering multiple issues with my order and the service provided, I found the lack of willingness to offer compensation disheartening. From incorrect drink preparations to long wait times, the overall experience fell short of expectations. While I appreciate the efforts of the staff to resolve the issues, I believe compensation for the inconvenience would have been appropriate but was not given. As a loyal customer, (across the company not this specific location) I hope Starbucks considers providing fair compensation for such instances in the future.

Here it is....the worse Starbucks I've ever been to. Their breakfast sandwiches are the smallest and lowest quality I've ever received at a Starbucks (think white castle slider), service was good - drive thru gal was very kind (9:40 am 12/30/23) but this lukewarm, undrinkable cup of tea is not a great start to my day. Really low-quality stop. $24 for this is just sad.

It’s December and there are gnats flying everywhere. The barista was fixing something under the counter and then proceeded to continue to make my coffee without washing their hands. Just not a clean environment overall walking in.
They never get my order right and they are very unfriendly. Do yourself a favor and go to the one down the road.

It’s a baseline to get the order right at Starbucks, but I’ve often found that the quality of service fluctuates based on location and local culture.
