Customer service is lacking here. They can't even be bothered with taking your order. You have to self-serve at the kiosk. This is all done while 4-5 employees stand around and talk or scroll through their phone. The tablet/software asks for a tip, although I'm not sure why. They weren't even able to stop their conversation to help me.
