Bartenders were awesome Andrew very personal ordered the southern chicken sandwich. Very good 5.00 special on Wednesday. Should of but treated myself to cheesecake!

We used to enjoy TGI Fridays a lot. It was a little pricey, but worth it. Lately though it seems the chain has gone in a different direction. The food seems to be a lower quality, but still the same expensive price. It isn't bad, but it isn't the "excellent" place I used to like. I don't think it's this specific restaurant, but the chain as a whole that's changed for the worse.

Came in a large group on a very empty night (maybe 2 other tables) and it took an hour and a half to get our food, 45 minutes to get drinks. Ridiculously lazy service, do NOT come here!

Good food and friendly staff. I had the half-rack of ribs and fries. Tasty and a fair price for lunch. Ade served us and he was a very good server. Quick and attentive.

Just had a terrific luncheon at Friday's in Bloomington, IL (12/29, 2-3pm), restaurant is attached to a Doubletree Hotel. We both had salmon -- one entree was the simple grilled, and I had the dragon glazed. Both fresh, tender and so flavorful! I can't remember our server's name, but our check said employee #445. A nice young guy who was friendly, kind, attentive and so very helpful. He really made our visit pleasant!! We travel this route frequently due to family being out of town, and will definitely stop here again!!! I highly recommend!!

Ordered a steak medium rare, but it was prepared "well done". They brought a second steak out, and it was also "well done". I had them just bring some shrimp. Not recommended.

Had a Christmas party and we held a table at 4:30pm. So of the people didn't come early like they were suppose to. Which was an unexpected over sight. Manager came over to our table as the first 3 of our group were there and others were on their way. He stood there and asked if we really needed the rest of the tables. As he said we have been holding this table since 430. They weren't busy and there were other areas open.

Went for lunch time. Not very busy. Food came very fast. The staff was very friendly. As we were having a meeting, the staff didn't interrupt us very much, she filled our drinks when empty. Overall, nice visit.
My steak was overcooked but still a very good flavor. I really enjoyed the tomato basil soup. The broccoli was average. My wife's ribs fell off the bone but her shrimp were again nothing spectacular the service was good.

Use to have the best ribs around. But they must of changed something. The jack Daniels ribs aren't as good as they use to be.

Tried to order carry-out using the Friday's app, but I couldn't find a way to use a gift card to pay. So just had to pay full price. Went I went to the restaurant to pick up my food, it wasn't clear where to pick. Had to ask the hostess. She seemed a bit confused but went to check. She came back and told me it was almost ready. I waited for a few minutes and saw a server bring a bag of food to the front and set it on a table nearby. I wondered if this was my food, but I trusted that if it was, they would get it to me. I waited several more minutes and then had to specifically ask the hostess if it was my food. It was. I got it home, but was at Friday's for 13 minutes waiting for the food to be done and then also waiting for them to simply hand it to me.

There were 20 people in my group. Everyone was served and eating, still I had no food. Finally waiter came. He questioned what I had ordered, then came back and asked again. Everyone is almost done with their meal. Finally food comes and was not what I was expecting. A wrap with scant to no meat and 95% salad. There was no mention on the menu that the wrap was mostly salad which due to a broken jaw I am unable to eat. They offered to get me a wrap without the salad, by this time everyone is done eating. Ate the over salted sweet potato fries took the wrap home for my husband. Basically no lunch
