Oh my gosh...the food....The food is EXCELLENT, the service is fast. There were no issues whatsoever when I asked for additional vegetables to be added to my green curry.
This was so good and so delicious that I ordered my dish a second time to bring lots home!

Pick up and carry out only. Used to love eating here. Prefer sit down vs carry out but always delicious.
10 years ago my wife and I came here for the first time as my professor suggested it. It thunderstormed and we had one of the best lunches ever. I randomly picked the Guay Teau Nam Tok, an incredibly sour and spicy dish of beef meatballs and sliced beef with greens. While now it’s only carry out, we’ve been get this dish for the past ten years and it’s always been amazing, as well as everything else, the red curry is amazing too. Tonight it’s been the best it’s ever been, this kitchen never disappoints and is always exceptional.

I always enjoy each time I come here! A few of their dishes are always my go to and some are definitely better than others.
This last time I decided to get try their pho because I had a craving and didn’t feel like traveling to get my fix. I was quite surprised when the side of sriracha was extra, so was the plum sauce, and finally the lime as well. They were 2 oz cups and 1.50 each. I understand things are getting expensive but seems weird that sauces that usually come with a dish were extra.

Love this place! Tried the shrimp tom yum soup since I am feeling under the weather and it is the most delicious thing ever. Love the flavorful broth and huge pieces of shrimp. The chicken pad Thai and crab rangoons were great as well. Walking out of the restaurant, I accidentally dropped my bag but when I got home everything was packaged so nicely that nothing slipped.

I ordered curry fried rice, but the rice was undercooked and still hard when I received it. I went back to the store to point it out, expecting a replacement or at least an apology. Instead, the chef told me it would become mushy over time if they cook the rice soft as they keep it from morning and suggested I microwave it at home adding some water to finish cooking it.
That response was disappointing. Food should be properly cooked before it’s served, and customers shouldn’t have to fix it themselves. Not a great experience overall.
THIS IS HANDS DOWN THE BEST PHO I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. They should open up for dining in but hey no worries when it tastes this good. Well done.

I’m sad to even have to give a 3 star review because this place was 5++ for years. My favorite dish was the ground beef larb. It’s definitely got a unique flavor, and I absolutely love it. It’s been my go to for years, up until now because the food has been inconsistent for the last year or so maybe. I thought it was a fluke the first few times. I’m not sure if there is a new cook or what the issue is. The ground beef larb has a very specific flavor profile, and the last 5 or so times I’ve ordered it has tasted completely different every single time. I even mean different between each of those times, like it was a totally different recipe from the next to the next. We go probably once a month, and so I’ve switched to different dishes here and there after being disappointed, but tonight I ordered the ground beef larb and I literally couldn’t get more than three or four bites in. It was incredibly bitter, tasted like it was missing a few ingredients, and then the heat was so intolerable I had to spit it out and get milk. Again, I’ve been eating this dish for years, it does have a kick to it, and I love it, but this was a nauseating level of heat. My partner tried it and also had to spit it out, and he’s the one who got me to try this the first time years ago. I spent over $50 on food tonight. I would’ve just called them, but we ordered around 7:30 and they close at 8pm. Everything else was amazing, per usual, I at least enjoyed my crab rangoons. I just don’t get why they can’t keep their cooking consistent with certain menu items. I’m disappointed, and hungry.

Thai House in Bloomington is fantastic. The food is always really good and consistently fresh. I usually get the Chicken Pad Thai with medium spice, sometimes with extra chicken, and it’s a wonderful dish every time — great flavor, perfect balance of sweet, savory, and heat.
I do miss being able to sit down and eat there, but the carryout is still excellent and the food travels really well. Portions are generous and everything tastes just as good at home.
If you’re in Bloomington and want great Thai food, this place is definitely worth it.
