The best time to come is for an early dinner. They get crowded later on in the evening. I have not been in during lunch time. The food is excellent.

I spent 5-10 minutes loitering in the lobby and walking around trying to get served. They had a sign on the kiosk saying to find the bartender, who was nowhere to be found. This was at 7:30. The whole place was empty because the staff obviously and willfully was avoiding customers because they didn't want to do their job. If I was corporate at Wahlburgers I would take this very seriously. You need to clean house top to botton or that business is DOA.

Friendly staff place was clean. I spent almost $20 on a double with tater tots. I asked for no bun but got bread. The burger and tots were luke warm. It took over a half hour to get my food after I sat down. Then it tasted like it sat on a counter for fifteen minutes. Not worth it, which is disservice since this location is in our favorite grocery store

I recently went to the Hy-Vee bakery looking for a cake for my sons birthday. As I was looking through the cake selection book I happened to look over and up behind the bakery counter and I saw the most fantastic cheeseburger cake. I spoke with Monika, and found out that it was a specialty cake that she had just added to display. I asked if it was possible to customize it as my son eats plain hamburgers and would find the humor in that and Monika was very accommodating. The cake turned out so amazing. Monika is so creative and the cake turned out so good. A big THANK YOU to Monika for being just so nice and accommodating but also a fantastic creator of beautiful tasty cakes!

We had a group of 4 visiting for lunch and stopped in at 1:30 in the afternoon. While there were 5+ staff working, not a single person helped us or advised us that the "restaurant" isn't actually a restaurant and more of a cafeteria with self service. No one greeted us and every employee was seated at a table, not tending to the one other table of customers. After sitting without any service or help, we got up and walked out. Nobody seemed to care that they were losing business right in front of their eyes.So, unfortunately, we didn't get to try the food, but I'm not even sure this establishment really wants business based on our interaction today. Do yourself a favor and don't bother eating at Walburgers!

Great place they need golden tee or darts with touch tunes. This place would be great! Service is great. Conner the manager/bartender makes this place!
Went in at approx. 11:40am on 11/22/23. There was no table service because the ONLY employee was on their lunch break. We were one of 2 tables in the restaurant that had someone eating at the time, but it still took over 20 min to get our food. Once it was served, one of our orders were wrong. Took another 15 minutes to get it corrected. Nothing was offered for the incorrect order.The food was great. Got the PB&J burger with a side of onion straws and WOW was it great. My wife enjoyed her bacon cheeseburger too.It's a shame that no one was working and there was no table service, otherwise we'd probably have ordered a drink or milkshake after our meal.Parking: Parking is shared with the Hyvee grocery store.

This location is unfortunately understaffed. I ordered the fish sandwich and tots at the register outside the the restaurant. We didn't have any waitstaff assigned to our table. Our food was delivered by the cook and it came out of the fryer so dark there was no tater in the tots (empty in the middle) and the fish was nearly black. I went to the bar and asked for a replacement but 30 min later it hadn't arrived and no employees had even passed our table to check on us. I left the restaurant and asked for a refund which I got without issue at the Hy-Vee customer service desk. The 2 stars are for my husband and mother-in-law who both enjoyed their meals.

Food was not good. See my hamburger this was suppose to be a juicy Lucy. The lettuce looks awful and.the bun looks old or squashed. Manager felt bad and refunded our money. Atleast she tried to do right by us.I might also add.that the food use to be good here. Not sure what's going on. We stayed at a hotel in the mall just so we could eat here. Total disappointment ?
