My most recent experience 2 days ago.The drive thru was terrible. There were only 2 cars in front of me. The car at the service window seemed to be there forever. I could hear a conversation between the driver and the employee at the register. It sounded like they were having a dialogue. After a while, I just pulled off. I haven't been back since.

White Castle not really much to say, but when you need them on them drunk nights nothing else is open they are always there sure to appreciate the team, but when you wake up ooo lord save me from the restroom. It’s worth it.

First off the lil girl that was at the window act like she had an attitude. I don’t if she was the manager but she had on a black shirt. Then when it came to getting my order she didn’t come back to the window it was one of the workers. Idk if she was at mad because I pulled up to the window in a challenger and the lil guys workers that was standing there was saying n something and everyone kept looking my way. Idk maybe she was use to getting attention then when I pulled up the attention was on the car. Well anyways They messed up my double cheeseburgers. I asked for bottom bun only. They fixed it the regular way.This is how I feel. If I’m paying for you to fix my food how I want it then that is the way I should receive it.

We love Valentines at this location! The service is always wonderful and accommodating. The decorations could be cuter though. I've seen other locations decorated so nicely with balloons and decor; this location was very minimally decorated w a couple streamers and wrinkled tablecloths.
