White Castle serves freshly made and hot food, although it may come with a wait. The wait can be extensive, but the food is worth it when it arrives fresh and hot. The staff, mostly teenagers, can be unfriendly, and the manager sets a similar tone. However, some employees, like Shaniyah, provide excellent service, showing professionalism and a positive attitude even in challenging situations. The location can be concerning, especially for families with children, but customer service is generally good and accommodating. Many customers enjoy their experiences, particularly on special occasions like Valentine's Day, although some feel the decorations could be improved. Overall, White Castle remains a decent option despite some drawbacks.
