Arby's has an upgraded menu with plenty of meats and sides. While some find the food good, others feel the sandwiches have less meat now and are overpriced. Despite this, the service impressed a customer when a young man took the initiative to start preparing their order. However, inconsistencies like missing cheese on a beef and Cheddar combo meal have been noted.
