“Surprisingly this is the best DD I have ever been to. The cashier was very polite and the sausage egg and cheese croissant was made perfectly with all part’s equally nice and hot. But one thing that surely stood out to me was the actual size of the croissant.. it was huge and fresh. When I usually get these, the croissants are always the same size, not that big at all and either the cheese the patty will be warm or cold and not hot. This was the best croissant sandwich I have gotten from DD. I also got a chocolate long john which I asked before I bought “is it fresh and soft?” She gave me a confident yes and i ordered 1. It was indeed very fresh. I was very pleased with my quick visit while moving through the area. Will be back when I’m in the area again. Thank you“

“Stopped in a Saturday morning for donuts. There were a few groups in front of us but the line moved quickly. It is a small shop inside so don't be alarmed if the line is out the door. An employee was talking to people in the line and had a roll of donut stickers for the kids which my kids were all about. We got yeast and cake donuts and the sour cream donut. They were all very good. They have your basics (glazed, chocolate with sprinkles, etc) plus a they have flavor of the month donuts as well. All the donuts tasted good and fresh. Far superior to any donut chain store.“

“I’m pleased with this Dunkin’. They get you in and out quickly, they are friendly and they always make your food and coffee correctly. I’ve come here at various times on throughout the day and the service is always the same. I have no complaints. This Dunkin’ has become my go to place and I regret it when I go elsewhere every time.“

“Our orders are almost always correct, but we have had a few issues with having to ask for corrections and the staff gets a bit annoyed. The location is also super inconvenient because the drive thru line backs up out of the parking lot very often, so it blocks the route between the Dunkin and Sam's parking lots.“

“I really love my Dunkin Iced Coffee made just the way I love it. I enjoy ordering ahead in the app for easy pickup at the drive thru window. Simply place your order ahead and receive an order number to tell them when you arrive. I also love the Reward Points towards any size beverage of your choice when you earn 200 points. I have earned lots of free drinks so far and I am a regular customer so it doesn't take long to add the points. Try it if you love great freebies like me“

“I never used to drink coffee but I became addicted to their Large Iced French Vanilla with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. LOVE LOVE LOVE DUNKIN!!!! Now, there are some stores Ive been too that they need to find different employees because they are young, rude, immature and just have no business working with customers“

“Great location. I stop here on my way to work. Super fast service. I order through the app but even if there's a line it moves pretty fast. Also, out of all Dunkins that I visit, this location for some reason makes my coffee taste better, and I order the same favorite order from the app.“

“My original review of this location was one star for piss poor management and a very immature lockeroom mentality style general manger who employed people who barely could do their job or had TERRIBLE attitudes. Well since then the store has really come around. I dont know if the same general manager is still employed there but if so then he should be credited for the major overhaul. The staff (atleast from what ive seen) is much more upbeat and dare i say cheerful even. Orders are getting screwed up FAR LESS then previously, and theres even an acquaintance of mine that works there now who i know for a fact always does there best job. Scooters plano is still a much better coffee destination, but if im closer to dunkin in my travels then i wont make it my mission to stay away anymore like in the past“
