I gave the cashier lady a 20$ bill. I remember specifically because I wanted to break my 20 and put 10$ for gas after the donuts. I only get 10 cents back and I ask for the rest of my change. She goes to tell me that I gave her a 5$ bill when I know for a fact I didnt. I asked " are you sure? " she said yes. She offered that I wait 30 minutes for a manager to arrive and check cameras but I didn't feel like doing that. Never going back. I now know why they only accept 20$ and lower...read full review
This is the worst Dunkin' for customer service. The girl interrupts my order, with an attitude on top of it, never gives me a total like other locations. Then I pull around and the man continues to give me same attitude tossing his hand out demanding payment without saying a word. Practically tossed the orange juice at me because apparently I was taking too long to put my change away. They've lost a customer...completely inexc. I'd rate this 0 stars if I could. This place is run by people that don't pay attention to their work. 1.M receipt had items I never ordered, ( so I was over charged!) 2.never gave me what I ordered. And when I showed another employee the mistake to review she ignored me and walked away. Find a better place to have your coffee and doughnuts.
