Horrible chicken old greasy and chicken was warmed too long in oven the chicken tasted like it was dust. More watery liquid in coleslaw than coleslaw. Biscuits were the only decent thing in the box. Will never patronize this location again this is the second time our food was told at the drive up its fresh when it was old and should have been thrown out.
Quick services and good prices
The past 3 times getting fried chicken from the KFC on Douglas Road in Montgomery, has convinced me to never return to that restaurant again. Twice when I brought chicken home there was so much grease in the bottom of the container with the chicken it made a mess of my counter and was inedible. The second time I took the order back and asked them to replace it, which they did begrudgingly, and replaced it with an order that was every bit as greasy as the first one. KFC is a restaurant located in Montgomery on Douglas road. The chicken strips lunch ordered at this location was described as dry and barely warm. On the other hand, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, replacing an incorrect order and providing a clean dining room and bathroom. Additionally, the $20 box was considered worth it. However, there was an issue with the wraps, as customers cannot mix and match for the combo price.
