“The team working was great, friendly, attentive and that alone provided a fantastic atmosphere. We arrived with a group of 14 and they made sure we (and everyone) were all taken care of throughout the evening. Good drink specials, good music all in the heart of a Chicago neighborhood sounds like a winner to me. We will be returning, and if you’re ever in the neighborhood you should stop by. “Cash bar. Local dive bar with occasional live music. No food is served here but they allow you to have it delivered there. Laid back place with very friendly bartenders. There's usually always someone playing instruments or live performances. You'll probably fine me here at least once a week.“

“Shanahan's is one of my favorite places in Forest Park, I moved from Forest Park a few years ago but I still go to Shanahan's every chance I get. Their food is always excellent and they have the best staff on the street, they always remember my name and my order. I will give them more than 5 stars if I could!!“

“From the moment I walked in. Jack was there to help me get tables together for a party of 10. we had a wonderful time but even better was the service. the food was good. the drinks were great but the service was immaculate! Thanks to both our servers each named Haley. they did a fantastic job and we really appreciate it. we had a wonderful night and would come back again and again. thank you Jack and everyone there!“

“The atmosphere was rocking. Great crowd , always packed for York dukes football. Unfortunately witnessed non-dukes fans being jerks to the bartenders. Bartenders handled themselves well and kept the party going. Now watch me hit this 290 yard drive.“

“Rose and Jake were phenomenal!! It was a tuesday and they were busy as expected but the service was amazing! Rose was busting her butt taking all the tables and making PHENOMENAL drinks, while Jake checked on us if Rose couldn’t and helped run drinks to us. We didn’t have to wait for anything despite the business, overall an amazing experience and both of them deserve a raise! Both were so friendly and personable that my friend and I have already scheduled the next time for us to come visit and have a few drinks!“
