I have never been anywhere like this, and will never be anywhere else like it, because there's nothing like it in the country. Such an interesting and fulfilling experience. To say the food was amazing would be putting it to shame. It was just that good. I don't care where you are coming from, if you are traveling and think you want to come here, stop thinking and just make it part of the plan for the trip.
We had such a great meal ... Everything was delicious, but the sausage and chicken 'n noodles were phenomenal ... The service was excellent ... they were there when we needed them ,but didn't hover ... After we ate , we were talking to the owner and he showed us around ... Just a perfect experience ...
Excellent food served family style. The slaw and corn relish were stand outs! We got the optional roast beef with the other offers that was very tender and served with flavorful pan dripping gravy. Chicken was well done with a crunchy flour coating. Plenty of food is served, but save room for some cobbler and ice cream for dessert!
