My daughter just left the Panera drive-thru. First she waited at the window for 20 minutes after ordering. Then they asked her to pull over. Food never came. She called from her car and they said, "Oh, I'm so sorry. Give us 3 minutes." Ten minutes later, they still didn't come. She gave up and left after wasting over 30 minutes of her time.
The staff i notice in this location they are awesome -very friendly and helpful and ready to make your visit the best that it could be -Thank you for working during this stressful time and thank you for being so nice and helpful -you are a great team 🙏🙏👍👍👍🥰
