Wonderful to have Sal and Tony's restaurant in the neighborhood. Staff is extremely competent and friendly. Food is consistently good. Lots of tables so a table is always available. Good for large groups. It is a warm and inviting setting. Patio is beautiful on a spring, summer or fall day or evening.

Sad to say this is one of our favorite 4 adults -places to go for Italian but last night 10/17 if this had been our first time here we would not go back. It was if they were missing the ‘ recipes Two of us really love the minestrone. It was full of veggies and but no taste. Entrée items that we usually order - very little taste, and oddly enough very little garlic maybe there’s a new chef but in garlic centric entrees like Chicken/veal vesuvio the garlic should be present....

Very average. There were 3 of us. Ordered a salad (it was a salad), the clam/mussels appetizer (this was the best of the 3), and a basic linguine with garlic, olive oil & broccoli. It was sticky, dry and not a true “ala o'glio”sauce....just way too much giant pieces of roasted garlic stirred into some oil. This is a hard dish to mess us (especially for an Italian restaurant). Won't be back.
