Tried to order from this place twice. The first time it was on Father’s day Sunday the person answering the call told me they were closing and couldn’t take my order. It was 5pm. Today we decided to give it a second try called at 4pm no answer from the phone. Tried again at 4:15pm the person answering the phone was arguing with a customer about wings and when she finally addressed me she said she was by herself and could I call back. We got the chicken dinners and the chicken Alfredo. Everything was delicious and I am going back again. Even tho they gave us the wrong order when we picked up our food, they let us keep the other food. We were only blocks away and people make mistakes. The OX tail was delish and the mac n cheese was addicting. Highly recommend for something new. If your sick of the same old thing you gotta check this place out!!
This is our third and final time trying the Hickory Hills location. First time we had to wait over 30 min and our chicken had very little flavor and was very very dry. Second time they were out of almost all meets and chicken. when I asked the person on the drive up window why they were open if they had no food. the individual just laughed.
