My boyfriend and I bought Raleys for dinner last night. Good and Hot food but this morning it's gave us both the RUNS!
I don't authorize anybody to go to this rallies they take your money they give you hardly any of your food all of your food is cold they don't give you what you order they've got very rude people there I do believe that this rallies needs to be closed down they're very dirty and they have very rude people though so I do believe that this rallies needs to be closed down
I had downloaded the Rally's app in attempt to make ordering easier for my cousin and I, once done with the order we sent it to the store and sat talking for another 10-15 minutes. We left her house and headed up to the Store. Once there I followed the signs for online pickup and pulled up on the left side. Rally's offers a normal, polite, functional fast food experience, a miracle for the area. Despite the sketchy location, the staff is amazing, polite, and kind. They even added a small fry to make up for a wait. The Rally's burger was as good as expected, with red onions adding a nice touch. The employees show they care about the food they serve, making it a very positive experience overall.
