“PRICES ARE UP! WAY WAY WAY UP! THEY HAVE INCREASED BY A LOT! I only get the jerk chicken all white dinner with cabbage and mac n cheese. You pay for bread, platines and extra jerk sauce. That's what my rating is based on! It went from$22 to $26 that's a $4 increase which I think is to much. Oh and I paid with cash! So no card fee like some places. Sadly instead of going once a week, it will be a while before I go again. The cost is getting out of hand!“

“I’m bias because this is my neighborhood jerk but to be fair all my jerk dinners have been on point. Rice and peas are a solid base and the spice of the sauce is the best compliment. Even the mac is even decent. Don’t have to trust me - Not like I’ve ever gone anywhere.“

“I love jerk palace I eat at this location everytime I visit Chicago. My father passed away so i decided to book them for catering for his repast services yesterday. I REGRET THAT SO MUCH I spent $1,090 THE CATERING FOOD WAS TERRRIBLE all of the chicken was burnt, rice wasn’t fully cooked and mac was super soupy… So that being said the food is good for a take out order but do not book them for catering they can’t handle it…. I even went in to complain in person n I was just told sorry while spending $118 more dollars on single meals. But I own a food business in mn and in this situation some kind of resolution should have been made a credit or something. That was nasty work!“

“The owners are beautiful people, they welcome you soon as you come in. I’ve had two birthday parties there and both of them were awesome. There is plenty of parking, always clean inside great atmosphere, gorgeous bathrooms, dance floor, VIP seating, a backdrop for taking pictures, casino machines, not to mention the drinks are going on. I feel like family when I go there. Good place to clear your head. Enjoy music dance whatever your choice is it’s there. . If you’re thinking about having a party, you can also have food catered from them and it is delicious. Always a good Friendly crowd. “I visited here on a Friday evening for a dinner date! The place was really well decorated, has Jamaican paraphernalia all around! I loved the flag colors and atmosphere! There was very little wait, and the host helped us choose what to order. The menu is very extensive but also includes many classic Jamaican dishes (curry goat, jerk tilapia, oxtail, jerk chicken, etc). We ordered the jerk chicken and oxtail dinner, each plate came with cabbage and rice and peas. I found it to be delicious! And well seasoned! The chef did not hold back! :) And he was so sweet the whole time.

“I have enjoyed many meals here over the years, however what I received today was nowhere close to the quality I had become accustomed to. My yams were over cooked and entirely too sweet, and my cabbage lacked flavor, but my chicken was at the standard I'm used to getting. Do better please.“
