Hey is is pumpkin season at dunkin. Been waiting all year. The doughnut was ok was a little disappointed. Ordered a Carmel latee coffee asked for the cold version it was tasty they put wayyyyyyyy tooo much Ice in the cup and it was more watery than I would like. I went the next day and ordered a pumpkin muffin was disappointed. Didn't taste the same and the muffin was dry. And the frosting on top was nasty. They dragon fruit was nasty too. If you guys have ever been to this Dunkin Donuts! , you know the customer service is A+. I go here faithfully every morning in my way to work! The manager is an awesome God-fearing guy who treats his customers with a pleasant attitude day in and day out! Customer service is everything and take your girl’s word… they are GREAT! There is a Dunkin right by my house and I pass it up to go here! ?. It’s the energy for me! Great new manager

I've gotten my order wrong many times.The worst is when I got an expired milk for my child, I tried calling some answering machine or service answers. I'm changing dunkin.
