Golden Tree Restaurant

Golden tree is one of the oldest restaurants in calumet city, we moved here when I was 5 and this place is exactly the same as it ever was!!!! The owner his wife and two daughters are the sweetest ever!!! The food is awesome, prices are very good!! This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area. My family has been ordering from here for the last 30+ years! Great food, good portions, decent pricing, and your food is always ready on time. Customer service is wonderful and the owner is one of the kindest people I know. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Recently discovered this gem of a restaurant. We have ordered several times and enjoyed a variety of dishes. This is some of the best Chinese food we have ever had. The food is fresh and delicious and comes in very generous portions. The shrimp in lobster sauce is outstanding. The beef with pea pods can't be beat. And the veggie egg foo is young is chock full of vegetables. This is now our go to for Chinese food.
