We made some weird requests (no bun!) forgot to get water, just Generally difficult customers and they came through and showed no signs of frustrations! “I visit often, because of convenience of the app and it linked to Apple Pay. But I will say they have an about a 75% success rate on making sure we have the correct amount of food, the right drinks, and the customized stuff right. It’s mostly teenagers running things, and they have always been respectful. But I feel like there needs to be a bit more direction for them. I rarely eat in anymore bc the dine in area is full of disrespectful kids/teens that are loud and cuss and throw stuff on the floor. It’s happened more than once if I’ve ever went inside.“

There was an incident where we waited for over an hour and her food was raw, they said to order something else & Wayne took care of our bill. Over all, Joe's Place is the BEST PLACE TO EAT FOR MEATS!“
