Faster service and getting the correct order, Everytime it's something wrong, I just expect it now

Not very fond of the customer service. Whoever your female manager is working on December 5. She is very rude basically called me stupid and argued over cheese being on a burger making it a cheeseburger....she said she wouldn't tell me when the GM would be in and wouldn't tell me her name. I was missing 2 sandwiches and she said she knows how to count. I don't know where you get these people or how they are promoted to management.
