I’ve had at least 3 bad experiences with this Hy-Vee within the last 7 months. Rude employees & the kitchen section has been disappointing.

I visited hyvee today August 10, 2022! As we are here from out of state.My son had slipped on a spill on the floor and hurt himself pretty bad. As we got him up as he was crying. My husband told a worker who was coming up the aisle and she completely dismissed us and said you will have to talk to customer service! She could’ve at least checked on my child to see if he was okay. Or said I’m so sorry. She did go get a napkin and wiped it up but I’m sure that was an inconvenience...read full review
