“What a wonderful place! 3rd Shift Kitchen is located inside and I have to say, AMAZING!! We had the sampler appetizer plate. First off, there was more food than the two of us could eat. And it was wonderful. The nachos had just enough heat and a delicious smoked flavor. The pretzel bites were great and the cheese sauce was the best I've had anywhere.
Floyd's offers a nice dining area with a beautiful open concept. And drinks could be purchased at the bar.
Highly recommend.“
“One of the only bars I go to in town anymore, from pool, karaoke, poker etc there's always something to do at some point of the week here. Patrons are great and have been coming for years but that doesn't mean new people aren't welcome in. If you're looking for a more regularly relaxed bar this is the one to check out!“

“Was a great hall for a smaller wedding party. Very clean and has a playground for the kids. Easy access to the bar which some used. Clean handicap accessible restrooms which I appreciate due to using a wheelchair because of a broken leg. Beautiful Memorial space in in front honoring veterans.“

“I threw my boyfriend a surprise party here last night and they were MORE than accommodating. They set up tables, reserved us a little spot in the back and made sure we were able to throw off such a good party!! Bartender (I think her name was megan) was super nice and attentive. We had such a good time, thank you!!!“

“Great times with great people, on both sides of the bar!!! Customers are friendly and receptive, Bartenders pour a great drink, and are courteous, and ensure that if you find no one else to speak to, They’ll interact with you until you find another to speak with, sometimes guiding you towards like minded people! Great times! 😊“

“A cheap, quiet, downtown dive. On each of my visits here, only 3-5 other patrons ever wandered in. This includes Friday and Saturday nights! I don't know what the story is, but for those who want a break from the loud and crowded, swing in here for something much more chill.“

“Hi, Greetings to owners of Mac’s Lounge. This is the daughter of the man that previously owned 13th and Cook. It was my father Leo B Saner who owned ‘Saner’s tavern’ and his father before him. I have so many fond memories of my dad’s tavern. We lived locally on S. 14th street and his brother and his family lived in the house that was connected and accessible from the tavern. I’m so happy to see that it still exists and I think it’s really neat what you have done with it. I live in Washington state but come there to visit friends and family that still live there. “Was interested in trying out this well known restaurant for its menu featuring wild game alternatives for usual meat dishes. Was not disappointed in the quality, quantity and the terrific service. The Elk Burger was an inspired choice and the apple spiced pie was a great way to finish of the meal.“

“A safe and happy environment to relax in. A deviation from typical north end stereotypes, this bar is friendly to outsiders. The bathrooms are clean and the bartenders are friendly. No issues getting served while not being a NEWT. Visited multiple times and enjoyed every time I’ve gone. If you’re new in town, visiting, or looking for something new I would highly recommend this bar.“

“Stopped here on the way home from my son's horse show. The food was so good and the service was fast! We got the kids chicken tender meal, breaded chicken sandwhich, a horseshoe, gouda mac n cheese bites, and the giant pretzel. Our server was also great! Great place for families and highly recommend!!“
