“I'm fairly certain I would not be able to eat healthy at University if it weren't for Maroon Spoon inside the Marketplace. There are several cooked vegetable options daily on the rotating menu that make it possible to grab a healthy meal or just pick up a snack of some sort. The best value, in my opinion, is the Loaded Tots at the Cantina Bravo. The salad place, Freshly Tossed, is also a great healthy option and they've got tons of toppings, but it is a little expensive for what you get. The Marketplace also has a Sbarro and a Chick-fil-A. The checkout staff are SO nice and they get to know the regulars by name. I definitely recommend a visit to the Marketplace.“
