“I’ll tell you what, Underground Public House has some of the best, high-quality food I’ve had in a long time.

I’m the newest big fan of Scotch eggs. Oktoberfest house sausage, smoked Gouda, and more wrapped in Oktoberfest pretzel crust. 10/10, so good.

I got THEE P.B.R. (Pork Belly Reuben). The meat was amazing quality, loaded with flavor, so tender.

Rachel really enjoyed the filet mignon, and the Black + Blue Daily cocktail was a nice intro. The green-looking beer is the Nerdy Dancing, tastes like a Nerds rope!

Definitely highly recommend checking Underground next time you’re in Carbondale!“
