Order at the counter. Super relaxed setting. The outdoor patio is so nice. The food is decent.
As mentioned by a previous reviewer it’s kind of confusing on what to do unless you’ve been here previously, but the food is SO good! There’s a pretty large variety and there’s unlimited soft serve ice cream which is pretty cool. Apparently you can write on the walls as evident by the thousands of writings and signatures on the walls so i’d recommend bringing a sharpie.
My in person visit, I got my food and it was COLD and inedible, pasta ravioli w/tom. sauce.. I went and ask for my money back and was told NO.. NO REFUNDS whatsoever…. the cashier told me she could reheat my plate or they could remake it. I refused to order another meal and walked away.. If this is how they treat their customers, I won’t be doing business with them again, total waste of $20… 🤮
Went for lunch with family and husband while he was on his lunch break. Ordered very clearly a gluten free pizza. The lady taking our order seemed as though she may have been the owner or at least a manager. She repeated to me that it was gluten-free. Pizza came out, and I immediately noticed while taking a bite that it was not normal and it was in fact a regular pizza. I took it back up to the counter, while waiting the woman who was dishing out Spaghetti completely ignored me. Spaghetti fell over the plate onto the tray that she was dishing out, and she decided to take her bare hands and put the noodles back in to the plate And serve it to the customer which I witnessed. The lady who originally took my order became free so I took the pizza to her. I told her that it was not a gluten-free pizza. She immediately went to turn around to take it back to the kitchen and I said I took a bite out of it and she said that’s OK. I proceeded to say no it’s not. I have celiac disease. She came back up and said I will have it re made for you. It would be another 20 to 30 minutes. I told her I didn’t have that time as my husband was on his lunch break. I find it completely unacceptable I was expected to wait that much longer again for a mistake they made. She refunded the pizza. I did not feel any professionalism whatsoever from her. If she is the new owner she definitely needs a page from customer service as she didn’t have any. Needless to say we won’t be returning. The previous owner took allergens very serious and we never worried when eating there. Sad to see something that’s been a tradition going down hill.
Great food
Great food great service great atmosphere Reasonably priced
I hadn't stopped in in several years. Not surprised to see that it had not changed!
Food is still just as good as it ever was.
And who doesn't like a nooner.

The pizza here is the best thin crust in southern Illinois. Be sure to bring a paint pen so you can sign the wall and let everyone know you were there.

I have had better canned pasta sauce than this place. The spaghetti was mushy and not properly drained. My family barely finished 1/2 of the food provided. The only thing enjoyable was the garlic bread.

I would compare their pizza to Roma's in Bethalto, IL. Thin sliced and lots of ingredients.
