I really like the pizza. I could eat it for every meal. But the customer experience here is often not great. My spouse recently went to pick up a pizza we'd ordered over the phone. He waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes, knowing that's how long it takes to make the pizza, before heading into the drive through. When he arrived at the drive through window, they told him just a minute, then proceeded to ignore him as he tried to get anyone's attention for another 20 minutes. My pizza was cold and my spouse was pissed. I should have asked for a refund. A drive-through is supposed to be there to make the dining experience faster and more convenient. Don't have one if you're going to blow off your customers.Also, they have a $4 upcharge for salads if you want to take them to go, which is genuinely insane. When I've asked about this I was told it's because people were overfilling salads from the salad bar when taking out... which... if people are taking too much salad, just give them a smaller container?? I could understand a 50¢ upcharge, sure, but $4?? That's egregious.

Salad bar was good. Service was good since you pick up your own order. Been going to IV for over 50 years. Pretty much always been very good. The pizza this time was pretty much awful. Was way oversauced. Couldn't taste anything but the sauce. I guess that there was cheese and sausage on the pizza cause you surely couldn't tell. This was an afternoon valentine lunch for my wife. We both were very disappointed. Could get better pizza that what we had most anywhere and as I said, we've been going there over 50 years.

The salad bar needed refreshed. The lettuce was mostly white core, and there was quite a bit of wilted lettuce. The pizza was amazing as always.

Pizza was very greasy really hurt my stomach we waited over an hour for one large pepperoni pizza and when it got to us it was not even cooked all the way the dough was still dough and very soggy and on top of that it was 40$ would not recommend feeding this food to even my

This pizza took me BACK! *Fantastic* old-school vibe in this place - the salad bar is a giant boat! It was super-busy when we were there (right before a SIUC basketball game), but the staff was awesome and fun. This pizza took me back to the 80s, and was really, really good.
