My first time stopping by and was in the mood for a salad. I wanted something affordable but also customizable. The owner walked me through the many salad topping options. The salad was evenly mixed and so much for a great price.My order was: Romain & Arugula lettuce, banana peppers, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, croutons, & the house dressingI definitely recommend!
This is my family’s go-to local restaurant for when we want to eat out and keep it healthy. The power salad and Sal’s special sandwich are SO good! Service is always fast and online orders are on time. Sal is also really personable. We’ll be supporting his business for as long as we live here.
I was in Carbondale for 48 hours for the Eclipse and ate here 3 different times. The ingredients are so good, which naturally translated into excellent sandwiches and salads. The Power Greens salad was phenomenal, every time. Perfect fuel for the day.
