No matter how long you are away from Carlinville when you return the taste of Taylor's Mexican Chili will be the same as the first time you ate it which for me was when I was in Highschool 40+ years ago. It was great chilli then air is great chilli now. The only difference I saw in the bowl I had today and the ones I remember was there was less grease in the chilli which I liked because it was still packed with flavor.“
