“I was in town for Cicada research and after a long first day, Rosie's was suggested by multiple people. I had the Special and (it was steak skewers thar night) everything was prepared beautifully. The staff are amazing. By request, I returned the favor and fed them. Fried Cicadas. kitchen staff, wait staff and bartenders. all of them are skilled and have great personalities. I will go out of my way to return. Thank you on behalf of myself and the "Name That Bug!" community.“

“We love Bakery & Pickle! Our food is always outstanding, good service, and quality cocktails. We love their bartender Cullen. He makes the best drinks in town and will even create something unique based on our tastes. We had so much fun at the bar last night that we skipped our dinner reservations in the dining room and enjoyed our anniversary dinner at the bar. This place is always a good time with great staff, food, and atmosphere. Cullen keeps us coming back for his excellent cocktails!“

“The food here is usually really good. It's a nice burger joint on campus located in the Student Bone Center. One thing I noticed is that some of the staff is usually unfriendly, but not all of the time. The food does take a really long time to come out though.“

“What a perfect little place with a great atmosphere!! The goat cheese balls and the potstickers are absolutely amazing! I had a season salad which was wonderful and the strawberry ganache cake is my new all-time favorite dessert!!!! Friendly, fast service!!! Love the menu selections and the drink selection is almost impossible to choose from!! So Many Great choices!!! Give Reality Bites a try! You won't be disappointed!!!“

“My wife and I stopped for lunch in Bloomington Illinois. We decided to have the Fish Sandwich, a friend informed us they are great. He was not wrong. Tasted fresh the cod was fantastic. My wife said it tasted better then the burgers. The staff are very professional and nice.“

“In town for family weekend, this bar was really close to our hotel so very convenient. I loved the drink special ( blackberry Jack Daniel’s ) ordered pretzel bites ( good) and onion rings ( really good!). Place was fairly busy but not packed. We waited to be seated and when no one noticed us we sat ourselves, self served at the bar. Ordered appetizers at the bar. Waitresses kept walking by but not making eye contact. They were serving and bussing, or maybe it was because we sat ourselves? Waitresses didn’t even serve our food- bar tender brought it out. Place had cute western bar decor, a pool table, and moving bison head that was good for a laugh.“

“I had a hard time paying the tab. I went to the counter and was told I had to pay my waitress. I asked 3 waitress all said they were not mine and couldn't take my money. I had an appointment so after 10 minutes I left my money on the table and left. Not at all happy.“
“To be honest, El Paso Golf Club has proven to be a favorite of mine.
Their selection is sufficient, offering a nice variety to please everyone.
The servings are very large.
Enough that even with a very big appetite like I have, there has always been leftovers to take home for the next day.
Everything I've eaten appears to be freshly made. As an example, the Caesar Salad was obviously sitting around, waiting to be served. It was served in a low profile bowl that was the size of a dinner plate. Covered in large chunks of grilled chicken breast and was actually a MEAL, all by itself.
I also ordered a rueben sandwich with sweet potato fries...
As it turns out,the salad was so good and so large, that I never took a bite out of my sandwich, but ate some of the abundance of fries. They appear to be freshly cut and nicely cooked. Very good 👍.
The sandwich looks awesome with plenty corned beef spilling over the edges...
Can't wait for lunch today.
I wish I had taken pictures, but sadly, I didn't.
You will just have to go experience it yourself.
And to top it all off the price was very reasonable, averaging about $20 per person.

“The dawg was spot on and the service was fast. It was dirty in there and they have gambling machines that drew a certain flavor of human being in that isn’t conducive to making it a pleasant dining experience. I took my food and ate in my car.“

“Went there for lunch, got right in and sat at the bar. Seats were very comfortable, I felt like I was sitting in a captain’s seat on a boat :) food was really good along with the service. Would recommend, we got in and out in a timely manner making it a good option for lunch.“
