“We really enjoyed our meal here. Various burgers were had all around with no complaints and several compliments. Quantity was substantial fror me, 6'6" & 250#.Beers were cold & fresh.Atmosphere is that of a humble Irsh style sports bar. Pool tables, Several TV's, gambling machines. There is a dinning only side.“
“The food and service were excellent. I've never had a bad experience at roadhouse. My only criticism this time was the music seemed unusually loud. We were there at the dinner rush so the loud music caused conversations to be loud. It was just noisy. But not a problem. Definitely not a deal breaker for a great steak and fall off the bone ribs.“
“This may have been the best fried tenderloin I’ve ever had! Husband had a burger which was good also! The chips are waffle chips and very yummy! I got my fries well done and I usually don’t like thick fries but these were actually really good! Highly recommend. We got it to go which was good because it was very busy inside. I’m not sure how we’ve never tried this place before as my mom lives less than a half mile from here but we will definitely be back.“
“My wife was looking for a tea room in the Peoria area. In her search, the Emerald Tea Room came up. It was conveniently located in East Peoria near a few antique shops. It is open from 11 am to 2 pm Tuesday through Saturday. All of the food is made in house. The soups were excellent, great sandwiches, bread and desserts. It is family owned. The service was delightful.“
“Higher quality fast food than the usual suspects. Clean. Condiments and drinks/covers weren't sticky. Very well organized. A drink had spilled into the condiments bin, but considering that it was just after dinner rush, that is understandable. I was disappointed to find that my double butter burgers had transformed into a double butter burger with cheese. Or more likely cheese-based foodstuffs. Dreadful. The staff were very courteous and friendly.Restroom was clean. This Culver's has done away with paper towels except for one motion-activated towel dispenser by the faucets. No paper towel debris all over the sink and the floor. And the restroom door has one of those step-and-pull-with-the-sole-of-your-shoe things affixed to its base. Much less likely to contaminate your just-washed hands in order to open the door.In general I like Culver's and this was one of the nicest I visited in years. The atmosphere? It's screaming, racing around, hyperactive kids purportedly being supervised by adults. But seriously? Ancient grandmas and teenagers who could care less about their charges' behavior. I don't really blame them. But it's why I get my orders to go.Verdict? I still love me some Culver's.“
“Burger Barge remains my favorite burger place. While we miss your old riverfront location, your new location provides a very nice family atmosphere. I had the Illinois burger and my wife had the Fisherman’s Choice 3. Food and service was exceptional! The only negative, that we can come up with, is that you serve Pepsi products. Ugh! We won’t hold that against you because your ice tea is good too!“
“That's a great bar down in East Peoria. Friendly atmosphere they got games. They've got one pool table they've got shuffleboard and a dart game. But the staff and the owners there they're just so friendly what a great place to go and hang out“
“I Enjoy the park but I'd like to travel and see some other thing's very soon being in East Peoria living is getting boring I am intelligent smart and wise and caple of many things so I believe it's time for me to go to the East Coast somewhere like WASHINGTON D.C.“
“Great place. Kitchen wasn't suppose to open til 11 and they let us order at 10:30! We were quickly served! Waitress/bartender(didn't catcher her name)was simply fantastic and very friendly. Chicken tenders, tenderloin, n burger were all very good!!!“
“Storm Shelter is so much fun! The views are incredible. We love sitting at the bar inside in cooler weather, but during the summer, the deck is the place to be. Ashley, the manager and bartender, is great!! We love getting to know the other regulars and enjoy a hot, delicious meal. Everything on the menu is made fresh and too good to pick a favorite.“
“We had burgers, fries and milkshakes. The meals were pretty pricey for a fast food place, but that seems to be more of the norm. The food was decent. The burgers were pretty greasy and kind of just slapped together. There was nothing that made it different than any other chain burger in my opinion. The service was good. If it gets busy, the seating becomes pretty crowded.“
“Best value ever. Burger, fries, nachos or salad and soda for $10.99. Called 3 for $10.99. Cheaper than McDonald's. And their Burgers are flat and seared like a lot of folks are doing now. Much cheaper than Culver's too. They need to sell their Ranch dressing. I cannot eat salsa so I use Ranch dressing for my chip dip. So so so so good.Hope they don't get selfish and eventully raise the price on the 3 for 10.99. Alexander's Steakhouse did that in Peoria. Alexander's used to have Saturday lunch special for $10 including drink. Not anymore; it's $12.99 and does not include drink.“
“Bob Evans restaurant is worth the stop. This restaurant hits every mark. Not only is the food Absolutely amazing. The prices are fair and the service is quick, friendly and really just awesome. They also have souvenirs to purchase such as t-shirts and specialty items like bacon bit chocolate bars and the coffee is really good. If you're ever in the area, make sure that you stop at this restaurant, you won't be sorry.Parking: Plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Family dinerWheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheelchairs.“
“Our first time eating there today and the food was delicious and cheap! I couldn’t believe the cheap prices and how yummy and fast everything came out to us. The soup was hot and fresh and so was everything else. We definitely will be back!Vegetarian options: There are veggie optionsDietary restrictions: The menu is HUGE and so many optionsParking: Plenty of free parkingKid-friendliness: definitely family friendlyWheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs but the front door is a little bit of a tight squeeze“
