We've been fans of Guadalajara in Grayville since it opened! Needless to say, we were so excited when Mr. Jalapeño opened three minutes from our house! They are owned and operated by the same people.Before Mr. Jalapeño opened in Carmi, we were regulars at Guadalajara. I had the best Chicken Fajita Quesadilla ever . I will definitely be back. Service was excellent. The only negative I can say is that I did not get the lemon in my sweet tea that I requested.
