The Taco Studio Birrieria is a restaurant where the food is awesome. Customers order in the front and sit down, and the food is brought to them. The ambient is good, though a bit loud because of the next door slot machines. The birria tacos are absolutely delicious, and the service is great with food coming out super fast. Tacos, guacamole, and the birria tacos are all amazing. The birria soup looks so good, and the prices are very reasonable. The birria is made well, and the 3 quesobirria and 1 cabeza taco with a horchata are very good. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The tacos de cabeza have meat that is so soft, tender, and flavorful, and the food comes out at the perfect temperature. The server is very attentive and always checks on guests. The Quesabirrias dinner with beans and rice has consome that is clean and flavorful, and the beef is tender in the quesabirrias with generous portions. The birria ramen is next to try. This is a must-try spot for birria lovers.
