Terrible service. Ate here 3 times over the last two days and both your wait staff and bartenders are terrible and seem to enjoy being terrible. Literally over heard your male bartender bragging about how he isn’t the type of bartender to learn your name. Which is fine but he was also one of the rudest laziest bartenders I’ve encountered in a while so it just shows an over all attitude. Your wait staff isn’t any better leaving us stand at the hostess desk for 10minutes just to be told it’s a 35 min wait when the place is only half full. We sat at the bar instead and watched a couple get sat immediately just minutes after we were told about the wait. Then the three waitresses just sit there and chit chat at the hostess desk for the next hour. Mind you they were no where to be found when we stood at the hostess desk waiting to be seated. Seems like they just didn’t want to work and pushed off customers by saying there was a wait when there very obviously wasn’t. Your food is decent. Seems like everything is frozen not fresh but it’s high end frozen foods if it is.

We ate on Sunday and had a great experience. Server was younger and had dark hair, was very attentive. Great food at a good price.

Great time celebrating a birthday with friends! Service was friendly and attentive. Margaritas were delicious. I am a sucker for a giant pretzel and baby it did not disappoint. Massive but so tasty and great cheese alongside. I barely had room for the wings I ordered but they were incredible too! Like something out of a food blog. Will definitely be back.

The appetizer that we ordered showed up at the same time as the entrées, and none of the food was hot, just luke warm. Our waitress told us that she would remove the appetizer from the bill since it showed up late, but it appeared on the bill anyway. She had to go back and have it removed.

The servers need to be more attentive to the customers, and be more on top of things and making sure that the customers are well cared for or have everything in a manner timming

Ate there twice Saturday 21st Oct had nachos,not enough sauce to cover half chips,very expensive. Waited 1hour,for late dinner,only 2 tables,,,they suck
