Beautiful winery. Service was great and the pizza was from a wood fired oven. So good. Enjoyed the Pinot Gris. Make sure take tour of the man made cave. A perfect venue for a wedding!

So we had a group of us very excited to attend the Caribbean Festival..paid $15 to get in..& for what? Just a little disappointed. I understand the fee was prob for music , but they weren't even playing Caribbean music.. I heard Whitney Houston, Hewie Lewis, etc!

Planned a winery weekend with friends and family. Arrived today for tastings but they are closed to the public despite Facebook and their webpage saying they are open and they have entertainment this afternoon and evening. We drove from St Louis and we're very disappointed. Another couple were there when we walked in and they also were from St Louis but they were giving them wine tasting but we were told no we are closed to the public. I'm amazed they have such a huge business spread out and rapidly expanding with such poor business ethic. I would not recommend wasting your time, gas and daylight to go here, you might get the doors shut on you too and get told surprise we are closed.

Normally, I would recommend Walkers Bluff. I’ve frequented this establish numerous times and even held a wedding party here and was always pleased with the staff and their service. Tonight, a band was playing at 7:00 PM and my party of 3 arrived at 6:30 PM to get seats on the PATIO. Not even in the facility and we were essentially and very promptly told to leave due to a server not being available to sit us despite telling us she had tables available. AFTER watching a couple leave with their to go boxes from their meal. Apparently the staff member was the manager and told us we can leave our phone number and she would call us back in an hour. 30 minutes AFTER the band was supposed to be playing. We live an hour away and are very disappointed. Staff member was incredibly rude and wouldn’t accommodate us. Incredibly disrespectful. Terrible customer service. Killed support for the visiting artists.

A nice-looking space, but they need a new chef badly, and don't allow outside food or drink. If you are planning to make a special trip to visit here, don't. If you are local and need a nice space to plan something, this might work for you, as long as you can either put up with the highschool-cafeteria level food, or convince the owners to allow you to cater. Such a shame because the space is very well-built out, and all of the staff seemed very nice.

Took my kids for breakfast with the Easter bunny and there was no food on buffet, we informed them waited 30 minutes and still no food. All of the eggs in the field were opened and thrown back on the ground. These breakfasts have continually gotten worse and this will be the last one we attempt.

My son had his wedding at Walker's Bluff Tasting Room. EXCELLENT! Enter thru the Rabbits Hole, Ceremony in the Wine Cave, Champaign toast around the Circle Bar, Reception in the Tasting Room. Food was OUTSTANDING. Wedding Planners were GREAT. Everything was GREAT! Great Memories.

The food was phenomenal this afternoon and our waitress Emily was amazing and so personable.

I tried out The Tasting Room for the first time and it was not pleasant whatsoever. Granted the food was great, but the customer service and speediness were very lacking. I'm not sure if it was because I was not a regular there, but I was very appalled. I requested to speak to the manager about the service and she said she was sorry and to let her know if anything else arises. I was very hopeful, but nothing changed after that. So therefore I had to ask for the manager again and I was very upset at this point. Thankfully she made it right, but unfortunately I will never be back.

The Zombie Love Murder Mystery dinner/show was beyond my expectations. If you didn’t go, you missed out on a good time. Lots of laughs and the food was amazing.

I went yesterday, and it was probably my favorite winery experience. first and foremost the actual restaurant is GORGEOUS, I didnt mind any waiting time because just looking around kept me preoccupied. Waiting wasnt horrible, if anything we were checked on consistently in between tastings and our meals. There was only one person on floor, who I learned to be one of the managers, Katey- and she was THE BEST. She was handling the WHOLE restaurant like a champ! We ensured her multiple times we were in no rush throughout our visit and still she made sure she was prompt. Before we left, she made sure to let us know there was a WINE CAVE to walk through! Truly a wonderful experience
