“During my visit on 9/24/25, I ordered 3 mini cookies for me and my 2 young daughters. My kiddo dropped the box and ruined one of the cookies. Without hesitation, an associate offered to replace the cookie and packaged it so very nicely. Customer service at its finest and rare nowadays. Well done!“

“Crumbl in Hoffman Estates is a sweet stop for anyone with a cookie craving. The rotating menu keeps things exciting, with new flavors to try every week alongside the classic favorites. The cookies are big, fresh, and usually warm, making them perfect for sharing (or not!). The store is clean, and the service is quick and friendly. Prices are a little high, but the quality and unique flavors make it worth it.“

“I gave a last minute call to Konrad’s to see if they had a French silk pie available for a birthday. They didn’t and weren’t planning on making any that day but Konrad was kind enough to make one for me and had it ready for us quickly. It was delicious and everyone enjoyed it so much! “Had my daughter’s baby shower cake made here. Julie was so easy to work with and gave me great advice. I had several guests who needed gluten free and Julie and her staff were able to make the whole cake gluten free. It was so delicious that my guests thought it was the best they’ve had. I’ve ordered four different crepe mille cakes now and each cake as pretty and delicious as ever.

Update: A few months later, I ordered an 8” Mille crepe cake with passionfruit filling and asked for a custom design of poppy flowers because the birthday girl loves poppies. The cake was so fresh and tasted divine! The party guests were super super impressed and asked me where I bought the cake, what kind cake is it, what flavor?

Absolutely delicious Mille crepe cake!! I decided to order a birthday cake and some mini cakes without tasting anything first. My friends were blown away by how good the passion fruit flavor was!! The owner was also super easy to work with. She texted me pictures of different designs she can do. She’s so creative!!!“

“I love getting my morning coffee from Elder + Oat a few times a week. It is a little bit of a haul from my house but totally worth it. Have usually get their monthly seasonal cold brew I have never disliked it. Nicole is the sweetest barista! I highly recommend this cute coffee shop!“
