Attention to detail isn't a strong suit here, so double check your order as sauce and utensils may be absent from your bag. Despite some mix-ups, they are apologetic and accommodating. The chicken is hot and juicy, and the drive-thru staff is kind and patient. When they are on point, KFC is a tough spot to beat. The manager, Ms. Jacara Johnson, is amazing and timely with orders. However, hygiene can be an issue, like finding hair in the food.
