“We order and ate in side and every time the food is amazing. My son ordered chicken noodle soup that was side item. He took one bite and he was speechless. Biscuits and gravy also we love it. I hope in future food quality won’t go down.“

“I used to not step foot in there due to poor food quality and poor service. But about a year ago changes were made and the food quality became awesome and current crew is awesome. Especially the younger thin girl that is there daily!“

“I wish that employees working the drive through would repeat the orders so that make sure everything is right before have to drive to the window to pay. My husband and I went there last night in Centralia IL and what he order was right by what order was wrong it was to be a double baconator they gave me a single baconator. one more thing wish that the drive through speaker would have a screen to see it my order Is going to right.“

“I'm fortunate to have an hour for lunch because it took almost the entire time to get my sandwich. My order was a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, nothing else. After approximately 20 minutes, I got my order, went across to the park, and discovered they gave me a single cheeseburger. Considering the price difference, I went back,explained, and waited for the replacement. I opened it, and it was a Bacon Single Cheeseburger. I asked since when is a Double only one patty? My lunch break was almost over, so I combined the two orders, went back to work, and ate quickly at my desk. I have an understanding boss.“

“Great food. Nice atmosphere and plenty of seating and a cool place to sit and eat and cool down when it's in the 90's and 100's Temps and the humidity being close to 100%.“

“I have always had good,(if not exceptional) service when I visited this particular McDonald’s. However my experience this afternoon is too hard to explain. I was asked to repeat my order at the drive through. Even whe I said it wasn’t correct, I was asked again if there was anything more I needed. I said I would suggest that they not put someone that brand new on a Friday night. It was obvious that the 2 or 3 people trying to take my order at the speaker, were really too new to be there. Finally I’m at the window to pick up food and unfortunately no one could get the order right for me. I gave back the extra food they had put in my bag and requested the food I had ordered. I was handed so many wrong parts of the order I was in shock. They handed me 2 large regular cokes , my receipt and I not said frozen. I tried to be polite but this visit was very difficult for me. The worst part was that it was happening in front of my 3 granddaughters who were waiting for their food. I told them you had someone new but I do think this whole situation could have been handled much differently.“
