I wish that employees working the drive through would repeat the orders so that make sure everything is right before have to drive to the window to pay. My husband and I went there last night in Centralia IL and what he order was right by what order was wrong it was to be a double baconator they gave me a single baconator. one more thing wish that the drive through speaker would have a screen to see it my order Is going to right.
We are more than pleased with the staff at Wendy’s this evening! We had a late concert and they were still open so we stopped by. There was a small understandable wait for our food but we didn’t mind at all. The food came out and was exactly what we ordered and delicious! Those working there this evening (08/15/2026) were doing an amazing job and I hope this message gets back to them (even though we did tell them)!

Many customers enjoy the Biggie bags, which offer a good selection of food and a drink at an affordable price. The drive-thru is efficient, with polite cashiers who serve customers quickly, even when ordering for a group of six. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant maintains a welcoming environment. Despite some occasional inconsistencies with orders and salads that may be wilted if not picked up early, the friendly employees do their best to ensure a positive experience. Customers also appreciate the friendly atmosphere and the modern updates that keep Wendy's a popular spot for fast food.
