Chipotle Mexican Grill in Champaign

“I want to give a huge shoutout to the entire team and especially to Jason, who was overseeing them, on Friday night 11/14.
I'd had issues getting an online order in, came in during a dinner rush to place an order for 13 bowls - Jason read the orders off of my list, directed his team efficiently and quickly, and even helped me walk the order down the street for my staff meeting.
The whole team worked extremely fast and didn't miss a thing - food was delicious. Fantastic customer service, and very very appreciated! Thank you to all!“

I cant imagine how hard nights get for the staff here, theyre such friendly sweethearts. The nice man at the drive thru looked like he was working hard and doing a fantastic job, it takes skill to have that stress tolerance while staying friendly. You people are wonderful, braver, and do more for champaign than the police. i love you chipotle.

Good ol' Chipotle. Got our food and left quickly. They run that place like hell's kitchen. People complaining about long wait times should understand the location opened just this week so everyone and their mother in champaign are gonna be flocking to it. Just as good as the location on campus, and infinitely better than the one on Anthony Dr.“

“Today there was an extremely long line. With a little bit of patience, it was manageable. The people lined up for pickup orders caused the in-person orders to get stacked up. Also, the music got cranked up and the employee did not hear the customer in front of me ask for sour cream. She went back to complain after she discovered it upon opening her food.

I have had bad experiences at this location. At the beginning of the Covid pandemic before masks were mandatory, I got yelled at by multiple employees for not having a mask. I know that has been a long time ago now, but it really stuck with me to be treated so terribly.
Last week, I arrived to a line of only 5 people. The employees said that it would be an extremely long wait and we might consider other options because they had a big order to prepare. All 5 people left including the 6 that were about to enter the restaurant being warned by the departing customers.“
