I always go to this location and I live in Urbana. They’re always friendly, the ingredients are fresh, and the store is also clean- including their bathrooms. Today they made my week!I will continue to go to this JJ exclusively for my sandwiches! TY :)

This is the best JJ in town. We come so often the team recognizes us (and our usual orders). And their customer service is wonderful. I made a mistake ordering once, me, it was all me not the staff.I went up to the counter and explained that I had meant to order something else, they immediately made me a fresh sandwich and told me not to worry about the extra sandwich.Customer service is hard to find, especially in Champaign. There was only one person working at 6 pm when we went in. There was a line of 6 to 8 patrons and she took all our orders then began making our sandwiches all at the same time like an assembly line instead of making one at a time. Took forever to get our food. I have never experienced this at a JJs before and hoping it was a freak accident where some staff didn't make it in.
