We waited 30 minutes inside for 2 drinks while every car in the drive thru line was taken care of. People that came in behind us that ordered at the register received their drinks before we did. No one made eye contact no one apologized nothing! My drink was Iced Chai with almond milk but it was actually iced almond milk. Terrible!
Everyone was so nice and friendly even while being super busy on opening day! So excited to have Starbucks here in Urbana!
