Started off with steamed dumplings and usually I am not a fan of them but these where so good I could not stop eating them. The chicken fried rice was very flavorful and delicious. The sweet and sour chicken was cooked very well with just the perfect crunchy outside and melt in your mouth inside. The sauce itself was good but I have had better, not bad though. This Chinese restaurant is not very good . They clearly are trying to save money by loading the plate with mostly cheap ingredients. I ordered the Cashew Chicken, which was mostly chopped celery, water chestnuts and sliced carrots with a few cashews on top. The chicken was nothing but globs of fried batter that did not taste at all like chicken. I've been going here for probably 10 years and I'm never disappointed. It has such a perfect balance of flavors. They almost never get our order wrong in all that time. Plus my mom enjoyed seeing their son grow up over the time.
