Jamie, I think her name is... She's literally the best! If you're having a bad day, go get a Starbucks, and she'll cheer you up. I love my hot Chai latte with an extra shot and cinnamon powder on top. They do it right every time!!!
I've seen some bad reviews here and I think I've had similar experiences as some have had, but honestly every place has someone having a bad day or someone that's new or whatnot. I love this location, as we just moved off 6 from plainfield is not only is this a convenient location, but 80% of the time (when not dealing with 15+ cars in drive thru at 8am) I have had a positive and happy conversation with the baristas. I love this Starbucks! The staff are super nice and friendly. They have never gotten my order wrong through drive through or in person. My daughter and I go here all the time. ❤️I also have had a small Bible study here with friends and the atmosphere is great. I think all the bad reviews may be related to “growing pains” for when this location first opened. It does take some time for staff to get in the swing and apply all good practices when new.
