I love the people who own and manage this store. The woman who owns this Dunkin is hilarious she makes me laugh and smile every time I go to this store. She has younger employees that work there and even they have the greatest attitude and are just as much fun as the owner. I always order lattes and they make them perfect every time. I feel like family at this store. The only complaint I have is that there's way too much ice in the cup and not enough drink. I pay $5 for a large tea and get more than half of it in ice

The owner is awesome but her staff could definitely be friendly. Girl with short hair was ignorant, and closed the window on me when I was talking, very unfortunate. If you really hate your job please go elsewhere. Really does affect your customers. I used to work at Dunkin and I never ever talked to customers like that.
